Led the complete redesign of Ergobaby’s global digital experience, defining visual identity, UX, and design systems across all web touchpoints and scaling the platform across 18 international markets.


Concept

The project reimagined Ergobaby’s digital presence from the ground up, creating a modern, cohesive experience that balanced product education, emotional storytelling, and e-commerce functionality. The design system unified the brand across regions while allowing for localized flexibility.
